GLOBIS Employees Gather in Japan for an All-Staff Retreat
In April, GLOBIS employees joined from across the world to attend the annual all-staff retreat in Odawara, Japan.
The retreat is a yearly occurrence that brings together GLOBIS members from all offices and departments to discuss the new year’s policies and address upcoming challenges. Over the course of two days, employees get the opportunity to network beyond their teams and discuss new ideas and strategies for cross-functional and cross-departmental collaborations.
The GLOBIS Europe team enjoyed holding lively discussions, reconnecting with colleagues in Japan, and bringing back fresh perspectives to Europe.
The retreat allowed our team to get grounded, revisit core values, and replenish motivation and energy to keep serving our clients in the EMEA region.
