Join us for a conversation with GLOBIS alumni as they share how their MBA helped them navigate career shifts, define their kokorozashi (personal mission), and make decisions with purpose.
This 1-hour online panel will feature three alumni from the GLOBIS Part-time Online and Full-time MBA programs, offering perspectives from different industries, countries and career paths. They will reflect on their professional journeys, the lessons taken from their MBA, and how they continue to apply these insights today.

After the panel discussion, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the speakers in a live Q&A.

Speakers:

• Micheal McKay (Part-time & Online MBA, 2019) – Innovation strategist with extensive experience across Asia and Africa, helping organizations design behavior-driven solutions in health, education, and financial inclusion. Known for blending creativity with strategic clarity, he turns complex challenges into scalable impact and brings a strong belief in people’s potential to drive meaningful change.
• Luminita-Xenia Mesaros (Full-time MBA, 2019) – Global marketing specialist with strong expertise in digital marketing, integrated campaigns, and go-to-market strategy. With experience across Japan and Europe and an MBA in Business Digitalization, she drives cross-functional initiatives and delivers data-driven marketing results.
• Eunmi Christina Kim (Part-time & Online MBA, 2016) – Global operations and procurement leader with extensive APAC experience, driving key initiatives in TKM operations and supply chain management. She has held leadership roles at Applied Materials and Hitachi High-Tech and has contributed to DEI as Vice Chair of WPDN Japan.
