Rethinking the MBA: Become a Purpose-Driven Leader for the Digital Age – President Seminar
This seminar will be held in a hybrid format. You can participate on-site in Taipei or online.
Is an MBA still relevant in the age of AI and digital transformation? The answer is a resounding yes, but only if it’s the right kind of MBA. As technology rapidly reshapes industries, Taiwan needs a new generation of leaders: not just managers, but visionaries who can innovate, adapt, and drive meaningful impact.
To celebrate the launch of the GLOBIS University Hub in Taipei, we invite you to an inspiring seminar with Yoshito Hori, entrepreneur, educator, and president of Japan’s No. 1 MBA.
In this interactive seminar, President Hori will explore what kind of education you need – and what it takes to become a truly visionary leader in today’s era of disruption. Through his philosophy of Technovate (technology + innovation), kokorozashi (personal mission), and global perspective, President Hori will share lessons from his entrepreneurial journey and inspire you to accelerate your career while shaping a better future for Taiwan and beyond.
In this seminar, you will also have the opportunity to:
- Reflect on your values and future career path to clarify your learning and development goals – including why a master’s degree and why an MBA, may be right for you.
- Engage in Q&A and networking with like-minded professionals who are passionate about entrepreneurship and growth.
- Learn more about GLOBIS educational offerings, including the Pre-MBA Program in Taiwan (launching July 2026), the Full-time MBA in Tokyo, and Part-time & Online MBA programs, along with related scholarships.
