Alex Scharf
Alex Scharf, as Product Director at GLOBIS Unlimited, leads a team of skilled engineers, designers, and content developers, driving innovation and technological advancement in online education. His pivotal leadership has propelled the platform’s growth, serving 150+ global companies and users from 50+ countries. Previously, he played a key role in launching the GLOBIS Online MBA, the first live online MBA from an accredited Asian institution, transforming the region’s digital education landscape.
Holding a Master of Data Science from the University of Illinois, Alex combines his technical expertise with an educational background that includes degrees from the University of Washington Oregon State University. He has also completed certificate programs from Harvard Business School and INSEAD. Alex’s decade-long experience in Japan spans local government, technology, and education sectors. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors at GLOBIS USA Inc.
