AI-Driven Enterprises & Moonshot Strategy: How Leaders Compete in the Age of AI
with Ivan Bofarull, Jorge Calvo

AI is already reshaping strategy, competition, and how organizations create value. But the advantage doesn’t come from the technology alone—it comes from how leaders apply it with focus, speed, and a clear operating model.
In this seminar, Jorge Calvo, co-author of The AI-Driven Business: Leading, Competing and Thriving in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, shares a leadership-focused roadmap for building AI-augmented enterprises—moving beyond isolated pilots to real business impact. Joining him in dialogue is Ivan Bofarull, Chief Innovation Officer at ESADE and author of Moonshot Thinking, who brings a complementary lens on radical reframing, first-principles reasoning, and the innovation culture needed to pursue bold transformation.
Together, they will explore how augmented intelligence and moonshot ambition can reinforce each other—helping leaders turn uncertainty into advantage and build organizations designed to learn and compete in an AI-driven world.
At this seminar, you will:
- Understand how AI changes competitive advantage—and what leaders must do differently
- Learn how to embed AI into strategy, operating models, and execution (not just pilots)
- Explore “moonshot-level” reframing to imagine opportunities beyond current constraints
- Identify opportunities and uncertainties at the intersection of exponential tech and strategy
- Learn how to build cultures capable of exponential learning and AI-enabled experimentation
- Take away actionable leadership principles for competing and thriving in the age of AI
