Panasonic’s Approach to Enduring Market Impact

What enables a company to retain a strong market position over decades?

Panasonic has navigated numerous market shifts, evolving customer demands, and a myriad of challenges over the years. Witnessing a transformation from primarily consumer-focused operations to significantly expanding their business-to-business sector, they’ve adapted remarkably.

Join us for an enlightening conversation with Mr. Johannes Spatz, President at Panasonic Industry Europe, as we explore this journey of endurance and evolution.

Stories from Japanese Companies in Europe Series

This webinar marks the third episode in our collaborative series with J-BIG: Stories from Japanese Companies in Europe. We are proud to present an interactive webinar series that taps into the unique experience of leaders at Japanese companies across Europe. All of our webinars are dialogue-based and leave at least 30 minutes for Q&A!

Our events are open to professionals around the world who are interested in enriching their careers and perspectives. We guarantee you an opportunity to examine the pivotal role of purposeful leadership and to discover cultural synergies that drive success.

The dialogues are facilitated by GLOBIS Europe – Japan’s No. 1 MBA and prominent provider of corporate training and venture capital – as well as J-BIG, Germany’s biggest magazine on Japanese business.

To deepen the discussions during the event, we encourage participants to read the interview with Mr. Johannes Spatz prior to the event. However, a quick summary of the story will be provided during the seminar as well.

Event Speakers:

  • Johannes Spatz: President, Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH
  • Bjoern Eichstaedt: Publisher of J-BIG and Co-Owner of Storymaker, facilitating Japanese-European business communication.
  • Toru Takashi: President & CEO of GLOBIS Europe BV, sharing global leadership acumen honed through diverse experiences.
