GLOBIS Europe Brings Japanese Leadership Insights to Belgium
On June 12, GLOBIS Europe partnered with the 7 PM Club, one of Belgium’s leading business networking associations, to host our first Japanese Business in Belgium event. The session, Lessons in Japanese Leadership: Business Principles, Lifelong Learning & Group, featured an inspiring talk by Dr. Akiyoshi Kuramochi, Director of Strategy at Terumo Europe.
Dr. Kuramochi shared how leadership is practiced inside one of Japan’s largest global companies, offering practical insights from his own experience. The discussion also explored how Japanese leadership principles—purpose-driven, group-oriented, and global in outlook—can be applied in a European context.
