GLOBIS Europe Organizes First-ever Kokorozashi Workshop

GLOBIS Europe is pleased to announce the successful completion of its first kokorozashi workshop, held on September 13, 2024, at Upgrade Estate in Ghent. This collaborative initiative, organized in partnership with Upgrade Estate and nexxworks, attracted a close-knit group of participants eager to explore their personal life missions.

The workshop focused on the concept of “kokorozashi” – a Japanese term for one’s personal mission. Participants were given the unique opportunity to engage in self-reflection and explore their core values, taking the first steps towards crafting their individual life purposes.

Throughout the session, the atmosphere was notably positive and open. Attendees shared their experiences and insights, creating a supportive environment for personal growth. The engagement and openness displayed by the participants were particularly inspiring.

As a tangible outcome of the workshop, each participant identified and wrote down their first action point towards developing their kokorozashi.
