In an increasingly interconnected world, working across cultures is no longer optional – it’s a business imperative. Cultural awareness and cross-cultural competence don’t just help teams get along; they improve decision-making, teamwork, and performance in global organizations.

In this one-hour live webinar, we will explore why cultural understanding matters in today’s workplace, introduce practical frameworks such as Hofstede’s cultural dimensions, and apply these insights through an interactive, real-world case focused on a major East–West corporate integration.

Why join?

  • Understand why cross-cultural competence is a key driver of effective global business performance, not a “soft” add-on.
  • Learn practical tools to analyze cultural differences
  • Apply insights to real business challenges through interactive discussion of a case on cultural integration

Who should attend?

  • Professionals working with international teams or partners
  • Leaders focused on improving collaboration and inclusion
  • Anyone interested in strengthening cross-cultural understanding and global leadership skills

This event will be held live online. After registration, a link and joining instructions will be sent by email.
