Why do some leaders inspire lasting trust, while others rely on authority?
In this in-person seminar, you’ll explore how compassion can become a source of strength in leadership.
At a time when many people are experiencing loneliness, anxiety, division, and disconnection, leaders have an important role to play in creating environments where people feel trusted, supported, and able to contribute. Through examples from long-standing Japanese companies, you’ll learn how empathy and purpose can shape organizations that grow stronger from within.
The seminar will be led by Dr. Tadahiro Wakasugi, Senior Faculty Director and Professor at GLOBIS University, whose work focuses on leadership development and compassion in organizations.
The seminar will also introduce the Triple-Dimension Framework, exploring compassion across employees, customers, and society through real-world cases. As this is an in-person event, Dr. Wakasugi may include a few light exercises, for those who wish to join, to help participants experience how compassion can be integrated into leadership practice.
