Values, Leadership, and Purpose: Stories from Japanese Companies in Europe

This seminar series co-organized by GLOBIS Europe and J-BIG invites everyone in the business, government, or education sectors to a number of interesting dialogues that draw on the unique experiences of leaders at Japanese companies in Europe.

The aim is to shed light on the role and significance of values and principles when leading with purpose – and to delve into the cultural synergies that have shaped such success stories, both from the organizational and personal perspectives of those involved.

For our upcoming seminar on September 29th, GLOBIS Europe and J-BIG are honored to invite Mr. Harald Dremel, Managing Director DACH of Olympus Deutschland GmbH, as our first guest speaker.

The session will be moderated by GLOBIS – Japan’s No. 1 MBA and prominent provider of corporate training and venture capital – as well as J-BIG, a digital business magazine dedicated to leadership interviews around activities of Japanese companies in the German market.

To deepen the discussions during the event, we encourage participants to read the interview with Mr. Dremel of OLYMPUS DACH “The Japanese enthusiasm for soy sauce brought us to endoscopy” before joining the seminar.

A summary of the story will be provided during the seminar as well.
