In this course, students will learn how to communicate and collaborate effectively and how to use technology and tools to drive innovation from Global Virtual Teams, both as team members and as team leaders. By the end of the course, students will have gained the knowledge and skills required to work effectively with their colleagues worldwide.
This course is intended for those who want to acquire strategic planning skills, and various methods of analysis and develop their managerial decision-making skills. This course is beneficial for those currently in a position to plan strategies based on the company’s strategy, wishing to familiarize themselves with business strategy, or are entrepreneurs who will have to develop strategy.
This course is recommended for all students to acquire basic analytical skills and be able to use quantitative analysis in practical business settings. It is recommended that students take this course as early as possible so that they can apply what they learn to future courses.
In this course students will:
– Develop a general understanding of accounting
– Learn how management strategies and/or business characteristics can be reflected in accounting data
This course is intended for those students who are interested in learning about the basics of financial and managerial accounting, or those who are have fragmentary knowledge of accounting and are hoping to build on it.
In this course students will develop an understanding of fundamental marketing and strategy frameworks and methodologies. Through short case studies covering a diverse range of businesses, students will enhance their ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions about marketing and strategy from the perspective of top management.
In this course, students will learn to perform critical evaluations with fewer preconceptions and identify new ways of solving problems.
As practicality is the focus of our program, we look for participants who have quality hands-on working experience and will actively contribute to our discussion-based courses.
English proficiency (candidates who fulfill either of the following criteria are considered eligible)

Depending on your score (if any) and your application, we may ask you to take an English speaking test provided by us.
