Accounting is a minimal requirement for business managers. The objective of this course is to provide students with fundamental knowledge and understanding of financial and managerial accounting, as well as the ability to make decisions based on accounting data.

In class, you will refine your ability to find methods that utilize human resource management effectively by understanding the aims of personnel systems and their impact on employees. Specifically, after having analyzed the environment surrounding a business and the strategy of the business, you will understand human resource management from the perspectives of both resource management and motivation management.

In this course, students will deepen their understanding of how businesses are changing in the Technovate era, and will gain prerequisite knowledge for the effective use of digital technology (including AI) and problem-solving approaches in line with modern times. In addition, students will discuss the leadership required in the Technovate era and how they should develop their careers as individuals.

Strategy is important when making managerial decisions that will affect a company’s growth. As a base, students should be familiar with basic procedures of analysis, problem identification and solution planning using the case method. Students will be required to understand frameworks and analytical methods relating not only to strategy but also management.

Analytical skills are important in business in various jobs and functions within an organization. The objectives of this course are to understand the necessary principles and methods of basic quantitative analysis and gain the ability to use quantitative analysis to facilitate decision-making in practical business settings, such as in business planning or creating proposals.

In this course, students will learn how to communicate and collaborate effectively and how to use technology and tools to drive innovation from Global Virtual Teams, both as team members and as team leaders. By the end of the course, students will have gained the knowledge and skills required to work effectively with their colleagues worldwide. They will understand the different social dynamics of remote work – how to build trust, manage conflict, ensure results, ideate, overcome cultural and linguistic gaps and use technology to mitigate social distance, all while driving innovation and creating value.

This course is a course designed to help students learn how to give the presentations required for success in business. The focus of this course is on how to develop a logical argument based on topics covered in Critical Thinking and how to make an effective presentation in order to “motivate listeners to take action.” In addition, it teaches how to clearly deliver that message. Students will learn tips and techniques to create clear and compelling slides, and to deliver presentations through mastery of voice control, body language, and preparation.

In this course students will develop an understanding of fundamental marketing and strategy frameworks and methodologies. Through short case studies covering a diverse range of businesses, students will enhance their ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions about marketing and strategy from the perspective of top management.

This course explores the main strategic elements and best practices to understand the paradigm shift driven by the transformation from the Fourth Industrial Revolution to the emerging Fifth Industrial Revolution, with a particular focus on the disruptive potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI), emerging technologies, exponential organizations, and augmented leadership. The Fifth Industrial Revolution emphasizes the symbiosis between humans, machines, and AI, combining digital and human-centric innovation. The course will guide participants through the process of analyzing, planning, and implementing innovative digital business and operational strategies, developing a comprehensive vision of the Future Enterprise and the broader business, societal, and technological implications.
As practicality is the focus of our program, we look for participants who have quality hands-on working experience and will actively contribute to our discussion-based courses.
