Accounting is a minimal requirement for business managers. The objective of this course is to provide students with fundamental knowledge and understanding of financial and managerial accounting, as well as the ability to make decisions based on accounting data.

This course is designed for students to learn the basic principles of corporate finance. The objectives of this course are to apply financial theories to decision making in order to produce successful results, as well as understand additional aspects that must be considered.

This course is an introductory course to finance that is designed for those who wish to enhance their decision-making ability based on applying financial knowledge in business. The course is not intended for finance specialists; it targets students who have already learned the basics of accounting.

Analytical skills are important in business in various jobs and functions within an organization. The objectives of this course are to understand the necessary principles and methods of basic quantitative analysis and gain the ability to use quantitative analysis to facilitate decision-making in practical business settings, such as in business planning or creating proposals.
This course has the following objectives.

In this course, students will deepen their understanding of how businesses are changing in the Technovate era, and will gain prerequisite knowledge for the effective use of digital technology (including AI) and problem-solving approaches in line with modern times. In addition, students will discuss the leadership required in the Technovate era and how they should develop their careers as individuals.

This course is intended for anyone who is engaged in or interested in management work. You will learn “mechanisms” (human resource management) that get the members of an organization moving effectively towards its goals in order to effectively implement a strategy.

Having an in-depth understanding of customer needs is beneficial in creating competitive value. This course is designed to equip students with skills to plan and evaluate strategic options based on customer needs.

In this course students will develop an understanding of fundamental marketing and strategy frameworks and methodologies. Through short case studies covering a diverse range of businesses, students will enhance their ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions about marketing and strategy from the perspective of top management.

In this course, “Organizational Behavior and Leadership” is defined as the “approach” an individual person (often a leader) takes to lead members toward organizational goals that are aligned with corporate strategy. The purpose of this course is to help students develop the leadership skills they need to be more effective in the practical business world.
As practicality is the focus of our program, we look for participants who have quality hands-on working experience and will actively contribute to our discussion-based courses.

Depending on your score (if any) and your application, we may ask you to take an English speaking test provided by us.
