In class, you will refine your ability to find methods that utilize human resource management effectively by understanding the aims of personnel systems and their impact on employees. Specifically, after having analyzed the environment surrounding a business and the strategy of the business, you will understand human resource management from the perspectives of both resource management and motivation management.
In this course, students will deepen their understanding of how businesses are changing in the Technovate era, and will gain prerequisite knowledge for the effective use of digital technology (including AI) and problem-solving approaches in line with modern times. In addition, students will discuss the leadership required in the Technovate era and how they should develop their careers as individuals.
This course is an introductory course to finance that is designed for those who wish to enhance their decision-making ability based on applying financial knowledge in business. The course is not intended for finance specialists; it targets students who have already learned the basics of accounting. In this course students will:
– Develop an overall understanding of finance
– Be enabled to describe the role of finance in corporate management in their own words
– Develop the ability to independently conduct basic financial analysis in business fields
This course has the following objectives.
In this course, students will acquire the basic analytical skills required for business, assuming a variety of jobs. We encourage students to take the course as early as possible and apply what they learn to their subsequent studies.
In this course, “Organizational Behavior and Leadership” is defined as the “approach” an individual person (often a leader) takes to lead members toward organizational goals that are aligned with corporate strategy. The purpose of this course is to help students develop the leadership skills they need to be more effective in the practical business world. In this course, students will:
– Learn key frameworks and their applications enabling them to grow into leaders that can cope better with the increasingly rapid changes taking place in today’s business environment
– Look back on their own professional careers and apply key lessons learned to their actual workplace
– Explore and analyze operating conditions, business characteristics, and other factors related to management strategies
– Study the themes of Leadership, Empowerment, Group Management, Change Management, Leadership and Organizations that Encourage Innovation and Fostering an Ideal Corporate Culture.
This advanced marketing course is intended for students who wish to improve their analytical and planning skills when developing marketing strategy. For beginners, it is recommended that this course is taken after Essentials of Marketing and Strategy.
This course is designed for students to learn the basic principles of corporate finance. The objectives of this course are to apply financial theories to decision making in order to produce successful results, as well as understand additional aspects that must be considered. In this course, students will:
– Engage in simulated decision-making exercises throughout the course
– Deal with how to quantify the business activities by generating pro-forma financial statements
– Analyze incremental cash flows and how funds are raised to make investment decisions
– Develop judgement in investment decision such as M&A, both qualitatively and quantitatively

This course is intended for those who wish to expand their strategic view of management and understand business from the perspective of top management. It is designed for those with limited practical experience in marketing and strategy who want to become familiar with the frameworks and analytical methods used in this discipline. It is also recommended for those with experience who wish to identify and bridge the gap between their current status.
As practicality is the focus of our program, we look for participants who have quality hands-on working experience and will actively contribute to our discussion-based courses.
