Why did you choose GLOBIS?

I chose GLOBIS because I was interested in expanding my knowledge beyond the familiar structures of Japanese companies. Having worked in HR for ten years, I saw GLOBIS as a unique opportunity to study in an international setting, particularly to learn about European approaches to employee education and business management. The ability to take courses in English and meet people from different backgrounds made GLOBIS an appealing choice for professional and personal growth.

How did you experience the course?

The Pre-MBA course at GLOBIS was highly beneficial. It introduced me to essential organizational theories which I can now teach to my colleagues who are unfamiliar with these frameworks. The course has significantly improved my discussion skills; previously, I was more hesitant, but living and studying in Europe has broadened my mindset. The classroom atmosphere was welcoming and safe, allowing for open and effective learning. Our instructor was not only knowledgeable but also candid about his experiences, including moments of failure, which added real value to our learning.

What would you say to future GLOBIS students?

To future GLOBIS students, I would say that this program is ideal whether you already have a clear path in mind or are looking to explore new avenues in business management.
