GLOBIS Employees Attend All-Staff Retreat in Mito
In March, the GLOBIS Europe team joined colleagues from across the globe for an all-staff retreat in Mito, Japan, the hometown of GLOBIS Founder and President Yoshito Hori.
The retreat brings together GLOBIS members from various offices and departments to align on the year’s priorities and explore new strategies across functions. Participants had the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, share insights, and gain fresh perspectives on the organization’s goals.
Highlights included exploring Mito’s restored landmarks and cheering on the Ibaraki Robots, the basketball team acquired by Hori-san to support regional revitalization, which concluded the day with an exciting victory.
The retreat allowed the GLOBIS Europe team to get grounded, revisit core values, and return inspired and motivated to continue delivering meaningful impact for clients and partners in the EMEA region.
