GLOBIS Employees Attend All-Staff Retreat in Japan

In April, the GLOBIS Europe team joined colleagues from across the globe for the annual all-staff retreat in Mito, Japan—the hometown of Founder and President Yoshito Hori.

The retreat brought together members from different regions and functions to align on priorities, exchange perspectives, and strengthen collaboration. Highlights included visits to Mito’s restored landmarks and attending a game of the Ibaraki Robots, which ended in a memorable win.

The experience provided an opportunity to reconnect, reaffirm shared values, and return to the EMEA region with renewed focus for the year ahead.
