GLOBIS Europe and Oman’s Royal Academy of Management Launch Joint Program
The Royal Academy of Management has launched the “Future Leaders Programme,” a collaborative effort with GLOBIS Europe and three international educational partners. This six-month program features three in-person modules and talent labs designed to equip the next generation of leaders with essential skills and knowledge.
The official kickoff event took place August 17-21 at Green Mountain, Oman, where all partners and the 50 selected participants came together to launch the program.
The initiative is led by the Royal Academy of Management from Oman, GLOBIS Europe from Belgium, HBKU from Qatar, Matterz Business Group from Oman, and KAOSPILOT from Denmark. The program aims to equip young Omani professionals, aged 25 to 34, from both public and private sectors, to contribute significantly to their organizations and to the nation.
In September 2024, GLOBIS Europe will lead a module in Japan, where participants will engage with Japanese leaders and explore global best practices in innovation, change management, and sustainable leadership.
This joint effort represents a significant step towards shaping the future of leadership in Oman, aligning with the broader goals of Oman Vision 2040, and fostering global connections. GLOBIS Europe is honored to contribute its expertise in leadership and innovation to this important endeavor.
