Strategic Partnership between GLOBIS and the Royal Academy of Management to Foster Leadership Development in Oman
On June 25, 2024, GLOBIS Europe and the Royal Academy of Management (RAM) announced a strategic partnership to enhance leadership skills in the Middle East. This partnership will see GLOBIS deliver a key module in RAM’s Future Leaders Program from June to December 2024. GLOBIS was selected for this role due to its expertise in Japanese business practices and proven track record in global leadership development.
The partnership was officially initiated during a signing ceremony on June 6 at the Embassy of Oman in Tokyo, attended by a high-profile delegation from RAM. The collaboration reflects a deep commitment to nurturing future leadership excellence.
The Future Leaders Program will feature an intensive module in September, where 50 participants selected from a competitive pool of 5,000 will travel to Japan. They will undergo a week-long training focusing on leadership, mindset development, and Japan’s hybrid business model—wakon yōsai. Additionally, participants will gain access to GLOBIS Unlimited, an online platform providing supplementary self-paced learning modules.
This partnership between GLOBIS and RAM not only marks a significant step in GLOBIS’s expansion in the Middle East but also emphasizes the commitment to fostering international educational standards and innovation in leadership. The collaboration will be further strengthened by the upcoming visit of GLOBIS’s founder to Oman, aiming to explore new avenues for cooperation.
