Biography:
Axel Wellbrock is the founder and president of Kay Group K.K., based in Tokyo, Japan. Kay Group develops current and future business leaders and advises on organizational change at the executive and middle management level.
Prior to creating Kay Group, Axel worked for many years in the pharmaceutical industry in general management and commercial leadership roles. A German citizen born and raised in Japan, Axel has worked and lived in several countries across Asia, Europe, and the United States.
At GLOBIS University, he teaches Organizational Behavior and Leadership, as well as Human Resource Management.
